Aaron was phenomenal. I would give him a 5 star review. I only leave 3 because the rest of the employees, specifically the female were extremely rude and shady. She had an attitude with the customer she was assisting and it almost made me walk out.
Went in today just to see what it would cost me to switch from straight talk to t mobile. Tyler was awesome in answering all of my questions and making sure I was comfortable with the device I was getting. I 100% would recommend this store to anyone!
They overcharge then when you try to cancel they send you to mobile main company and they give you a run around when they say ohh will save you money by switching plans then charge for both for the month... then it's 25 dollars a line and that's a joke we were paying 300plus for 2 lines... I would never recommend anything from then whatsoever... and service is spotty at best
