Stopped by The new T-Mobile store on 1St and Kingsley to ask what type of promotions they had going on for Xmas and was informed on the iPhone trade in special. I had only had the iPhone 11 for a while and could not wait to trade it in after they told me how much they were offering for it. Ngl i loved this T-mobile store, everyone was really knowledgeable and nice. Specially that guy with the long curly hair. The customer service was one of a kind here.it's now my to go T-mobile store periodt.
Make sure they don’t scam you and add a protection plan you didn’t ask for. Ridiculous. Didn’t even ask and just added on to bill thinking we’re dumb not to find out when we get our monthly bill.
The customer service at this store is a awesome!!! They are super friendly and efficient. Super clean store! This will be my number one tmobile store I go to, can't wait to tell my friend! I highly recommended it!!!
I would not come here for any service besides pay a phone bill but why do that when you can do it on the app. The people who work here like to be complicated and mess up your services. They Don't really Care about doing it correctly they will let you leave so you can go contact customer service on your own and go to another T-Mobile store. Therefore why waste your time even coming here prefer the one on beltline/ Broadway or the one on Centerville. Talking to the manager didn't seem like he cared.
