This was the worst most unprofessional customer service that I have ever experienced! We had an appointment to be seen at 5. Then we were told the guy we had an appointment with wasn’t there due to the snow and that we had to wait an additional 30-45 minutes or until someone could get to us, while they were all standing around worrying if they could get out of the parking lot with all the ice. I wana give a huge shout out Karilraee gillingham the store manager for all the help and extra effort to take care of all the problems the back office made with our account. Talk about a manager that goes above and beyond to make sure customer are happy. Thanks you once again. And to another employee name Napoleon on helping as much as he can every time we go in.
