I had some real challenges with this store. I was given some bad information about the switching promotions and then when this was brought to my attention by Sprint Corporate they said the Oconomowoc store couldn't do anything to fix it. Since these stores are independently owned my suggestion is to stay away from this one and bring your business elsewhere. That is the only way they will improve. If you do go get everything in writing and be very very clear that you understand your rights. You can learn from my mistake.
