Zero stars if I could. Instead of processing exchange on defective phone, your representative double charged me for monthly lease payments. Now no one will assist me in correcting problem.
Sprint is horrible to their existing customers, they wont give their loyal customer of more than 5 years unlimited data. Thats only for new customers! So to Verizon I went, so long Sprint your service sucks compared to Verizon. I now get service everywhere and I get unlimiteddata, talk and text.And to top it off Im paying $38 a month cheaper for better serice and unlimited data, when Sprint only gave me 1 stinkin Gig of data, total ripp off you are SPRINT!!!!
