Phone service never works even though I have a full bar of LTE, when it does work it’s slower than dial up I pay to much for this phone plan for it to never work I’ll prolly be switching.... use to be a great company i don’t know what happened
We live in STEALEY and do not have service and they didn’t do any help when we called, our internet is slow but says we have all bars of LTE..it’s about time to switch to AT&T this is ridiculous!!! �
