Horrible customer service!!!
One of your employees literally lied to my face when I went to upgrade my phone a couple months ago. Instead of telling me my bill was going to be an EXTRA $40 a month, I was told it would be my bill monthly. I would have never agreed to it if I’d had been made aware it was going to be an additional $40 a month. I know what I signed and it didn’t say anywhere on the forms that my bill was going to be $99 a month after that day. Way to dupe your customers into paying more �
I have been with Sprint for at least 17 years! Over the past two years I have seen the service go down hill. I do not care for the changes that have been made and feel they are a diservice to the people who have shown commitment for so long. Not only is connection getting worst but the way you deal with phone repair and the amount of time you must wait at the designated repair location is appalling. Now we have to switch our passwords twice per year? For what! Make your system secure in the first place and stop making things... read more
