SERVICE – The only reason I am with sprint is ........ Ms. Hokule'a duffett she is the only reason I am with sprint I can count on her word !!! if she is saying that she will do something for you she will. She care for the costumer like it is her own account it is very rare to get that type of service anymore. She will give you the best soulotion that sprint offer. Again if not for her I would not be with sprint today or ever. Thanks Eli
Horrible Customer Service – I went in to check out the new palm pre phone. Both phones were not set properly and hand blinking screens. There were five employees there and no one knew how to fix this problem, except a manager that was not there. Dont go here.
