Stopped by 2 t-mobile stores in Sunnyvale and the first one didn't want to work too much overtime so they couldn't help me with my upgrade. The second store was happy to help even though I arrived 5 minutes before closing.. 4 stars because I was able to execute my transaction, would've been a 5 if I didn't have to travel to another store.
