Worst customer services ever experience in my whole life. Wow
Came in to the store to review my account and see if I can lower my bill. The employee name Fili and Edith reviewed my account and showed me the promotion price on new phone and a watch. After all was done I got on a new plan, new phone, watch and now saving $12 a month. Thank you guys for taking your time and explaining. Great experience.
I was finally ready to upgrade my phone and the staff made it really easy.
