Visited on Jan 4th, 2026. Literally the worst t mobile location I've ever been to. Customer service is rude and full of attitude. I'm taking my business to a different location. Seriously... don't go here.
Takes a while to get things done as there is not a lot of staff, however the staff they have is attentive and helpful
If I could rate this store minus 0 I would. Terrible customer service, I’ve been standing ( due to only 4 chairs) for over 15 minutes, absolutely no one has welcomed me in or taking my info to give me an indication of who’s next. Absolutely unacceptable! This store needs to do better!. AND I ONLY PRESSED A STAR BECAUSE THATS THE ONLY WAY YOUR ALLOWED TO POST🤬
Today , I visited this T-Mobile Authorized Retailer. Thank you very much to the Staff. Thank you very much to Jennifer and Alex, they were very polite and very kind. Wow!! I appreciate your customer service.
