I was with T Mobile for 5 years when I missed a autopay because BMO closed my bank account for NO REASON (So DON'T use BMO) because I missed my December 4 autopay I made payment arrangements. 8 payment for December 19 and then 1 for January 2 2026. Well I missed the payment for December 19 too, bank was still bad. So I figured I would fix this and pay both the December 19 and January 2 so I don't owe anything until my next autopay on January 4 2026, so on December 30 I paid $163.10 assuming T Mobile would credit my account. ... read more
Visited on Jan 4th, 2026. Literally the worst t mobile location I've ever been to. Customer service is rude and full of attitude. I'm taking my business to a different location. Seriously... don't go here.
Takes a while to get things done as there is not a lot of staff, however the staff they have is attentive and helpful
If I could rate this store minus 0 I would. Terrible customer service, I’ve been standing ( due to only 4 chairs) for over 15 minutes, absolutely no one has welcomed me in or taking my info to give me an indication of who’s next. Absolutely unacceptable! This store needs to do better!. AND I ONLY PRESSED A STAR BECAUSE THATS THE ONLY WAY YOUR ALLOWED TO POST🤬
