This store is a third party store and has terrible customer service. They did my contract all wrong just to make commission on us by selling phones and a bogus contract we did not ask for. The manager flat out lied about what she did her name is Tara. I would stay away for this 3rd party store & deal with the one at the mall
I was sent to this store by the sprint corporate store on Pacific. And I am sooo glad they did. I had a broken screen and thought I was going to have to shell out a ton of money for a new phone. Not only did they repair my phone but they showed me different phones and I endded up bringing my fiancee's phone number over from AT&T. If you are with Sprint or any other carrier go see these guys they are smart and make you feel like they actually care. 5 stars aren't enough.
