RecommendedI just went in here a couple days ago to get a new phone since my old one was fried (i.e. notable lag, frequent app crashes, excessive heat generation). Sadly, I didn’t have a full iCloud backup, but I was hoping it was possible to transfer my stuff directly to the new phone from my old one. The customer service at this location is so horrible. I have a very frustrating experience from this morning. I didn’t get any of the representatives names but I do have the store number and will give them a descriptions of their unknowledgeable reps. Long story short.. I was told that come back in three months to buy a phone as they ran my credit two days ago and that it would take them three months to access my account again.
