Worst phone company I've ever dealt with. Locked my mom into a contract where the phones were leased so she was spending 280 a month for phone rental and service for 2 phones that we don't even get to keep. We switched over to verizon and they locked the phones and even when we paid for the phones outright, they say they cannot unlock the phones for use at another phone company. Rodrigo said he'd waive the activation fee on my new line "as a courtesy" & that i wouldn't qualify for the rebate unless I bought an accessory. I found out after calling into customer service that was not true and he'd lied. It compromises the company's integrity and reflects poorly on anyone that has to lie and rip people off to their job. I contacted Rodrigo and tried reaching out to the store manager for a resolution prior to posting this and have not received any response.
