They completely rip off their customers. Even if you don't want something that's 'free' they'll give it to you anyway, and then when the promotion ends, you'll have to start paying for something you didn't even want in the first place! They don't give you a heads up if there's going to be changes with your plan/account. They just overcharge without explanation. And their '4g' internet sucks!

you guys need to stop charging people money after they cancel their services if you switch to another carrier with the same you should no longer be able to charge them for any services.

Very poor customer service. Waited 20 minutes with no one in line and then when I told them that I had to leave the female employee was rude. The store manager did come out and speak with us in an attempt to resolve the issue but we needed to leave for another appointment. Going to try the Roseville store, hopefully the customer service is better there.
