We have been with sprint for over 16 years and in the past 3 years their service has been below par! We went to the sprint store on Tustin and they gave us amazing pricing so we said sounds great let’s renew and upgrade our phones! Boy what a mistake!! Within 6 months our bill kept increasing and now they are way out of control and all the reps we keep talking to on the phone are idiots! Can’t wait to leave sprint for Verizon or even T-Mobile! �
