Went to this store November 15 after being with Verizon ten years and was told we were getting a plan for around a 100 dollars a month, after they switched our numbers over and were ready to Check out the guy told my wife the plan not available and switched her to a plan with less everything for over 200 hundred dollars!.. They are unethical at least and the fcc and bbb will be notified as well! I should also mention the fact that we explained that we were trying to lower our bill because of my recent disability.
