Sold me a case for my iPhone 12 mini for 50$ and then tried to sell me protective glass for 50$ . I looked the case up on Amazon it was only 35$ dollars . Then after all that he tried to get me to buy some air pods . Plus I paided them 20$ to turn on my phone 😒 this place is still the same even though it’s not a sprint store anymore
The employees were very helpful. Sadly my phone issues were not resolved. I am disappointed at t-mobile for what they did. I am seeing the dark side of the merger.
