This store is now a T-Mobile store and even though they own Sprint they know nothing about Sprint. Evidently Sprint has an old fashioned system for porting customers and such. These people haven't been trained so their answer is, "Lets just move you over". Then half the time Sprint system is down so there you go.

I came in with a problem with my Android and they fixed it in less than two minutes.
Classic bait and switch in this store. Manager was very nice but "nice/pushy" forcing ins., attachments, etc. My sales clerk was nice but didn't seem to kno how to do his job. Finally I went in to switch carriers for all the "savings" Sprint had to offer and my Bill Is $10 higher. Not Good
