Had a wonderful experience at this location. Jose and Leroy were so helpful and did not hesitate to offer the most practical yet best deals. Superb customer service!
So I came to upgrade my phone and when it came to paying, their wifi went down and wouldn't come back up for 30 minutes. They took my name n number to come back another day. So disappointed. Is this an omen?
Probably an ok spot, but waited 20 minutes without anyone helping us and then left

I read through the reviews. There are a couple of people who mention Juan writing his own reviews. I can't speak on the validity of that claim. I can attest to all the other reviews that speak highly of Juan. Simply put Juan is an easy guy to speak with, and understands the system forward and back. He's the guy to get stuff done, and it was a pleasure working with him. Go see Juan, he is the best.
