I just came to this location to buy a phone and it says it closes at 8 and it’s 6:15 and they have door locked with workers inside. They should probably update their hours to avoid bad reviews.

I came in this T-Mobile store because my Apple Watch was having some battery issues. I had gone to one T-Mobile store that told me to contact T-Mobile insurance. When I called T-Mobile they were not able to help since the phone was not damaged. I came to this store to get further assistance and upon walking in the store there were 4 associates in the store with no guests. When I walked in NO ONE even said hello or greeted me. Safiyah and Nari are amazing customer service agents. They were really patient, informative, and accommodating to my needs. I will always visit this store because of them!!!!

This location does not care about their customers. We bought an iPhone 13 late November and we did not leave that store for a hour. This is because the manager mixed up our lines and service and started to blame us in return. Now four months later we come to find out that this manager did not put insurance on our phone. Even though we told her a couple times we need it just in case we break before we got phone case for it. So now I'm fighting with customer service to resolve the error she created on us.
