Worthless Technical and Customer Service – I brought in my sprint phone. 6 hours later, Tech said he can't fix it, it will cost me $120 to replace. I took it home, spent 10 minutes researching the issue, reset the unit, and voila, it works. Went back to tell them the fix, and that I was disappointed they didn't know this.
