I love the service, but the "Network" outages drive me crazy.
Called twice to schedule an appointment to purchase a new phone and got hung up on both times. Only one rep that I go to see there. Might be going elsewhere all together now.
I was very sadden after driving to this location to find they nolonger have Tech support instore.
