Visited the T-mobile store in Buda Texas today (9/04/25) to purchase new iPhones for my wife and myself we were served by Asst. Manager Gabriel and customer service person Robin who attended to our requirements. We were extremely impressed by their professionalism and customer service mannerisms and spent a long time explaining the new phones’ functionalities which convinced us to purchase two new phones without any hesitation. We would like to thank Gabriel and Robin for their customer service!

Came in to transfer my sim card and keeping my old number. I was getting frustrated with all the red tape on calling my old company for a transfer pin, passwords, unlocking Fon, etc. but Rosie jumped right in and made the processes soooooo much smoother! Thank you Rosie!!
