Staff on October 16, 2025 refused to provide support stating they could not help and that we had to go to the Kyle location.
Feedback: walked in 9 months pregnant just to drop off a phone, but was told to just call 611 bc only the manager could do that. I drove to the Kyle location where an associate who was not the manager helped me and guided me just fine, was out within 15 minutes, and I was not the only client in the store. When I told her my experience with the Buda location she said I quote “sometimes they just say only a manager can do it because they don’t want to help” so yes there is my one star review based on customer service 🤷♀️
Staff was extremely rude chose to not help stating problem required manager help. However, the Kyle location easily helped and completed request within 15 minutes also confirming Buda staff denies help often to get rid of customers.

Terrible service very rude associate sent to Kyle store for same help and they attended over the phone P.s wife was pregnant with 2 kids and still could not get anyone to help
