Manager Gabriel, the guy pictured on their website needs more training in customer service. Start with the basics "sir", "mam", and "how can we help". Dude is a straight up liar and has an attitude problem. Sir, if you do not like your job that much, then I suggest finding another one, rather than costing your company accounts.
