This place is a scam. Do not trust Jacoby. I went into the store to get some buds and the store manager, Jabob(y) said that there is this great promo if I add two lines, I can't get the two new phones included as part of the promo and my bill will stay exactly the same. He failed to mention that my plan will be downgraded to the essential plan, in which if I knew I would not have gone for this "promo". I stopped by to get a screen protector replacement in early April. There was only one agent there who was watching TikTok videos the entire time she attempted to help me. They didn’t have the screen protector for my phone so she said she would place the order. She asked me questions and seemed like she was entering it in the system while also constantly scrolling through more TikTok videos. It’s been a month and no screen protector yet.
