I have never been so disappointed in the service I recvd. at the Sprint Store on El Dorado Pkwy. I have been a Sprint customer since 2004. I recently went in to upgrade my phone and a sales person lied to me and told me that Sprint no longer offered upgrades. I was very upset to think they no longer offered the upgrades but since I was leaving town in less than 2 days I had to have a phone and ended up buying the phone. Purchased 2 Phones and Ipad from the Eldorado Pkwy Sprint store and had a an issue with 1 phone for several weeks, Had a few issues that didnt seem like the store manager wanted to take care of but the employee was great and understanding. I had worked with the district manager and she was Awesome. Very sincere and caring. truly showed me they cared about customer service. Please do not trust the representation you get at the Sprint PCS store located on Eldorado Parkway in Frisco, Texas. Once the purchase is made, the sales staff (asst. manager especially) is extremely rude and uncaring about even the legitimate customer complaints . A customer's brand new iphone got damaged because of the water proof case that broke in just a week from purchase at that store.
