I love t moble! I had just switched and haven’t had a problem other than paying. I have to go up there to pay my bill which isn’t a big deal at all. But they do need more employees especially when they’re busy.
The manager one Hispanic girl so rude she didn’t let a sales person help me just because he was helping me with a payment problem a had and there where some other customers waiting
UPDATE: GAVE ANOTHER CHANCE, EXACT SAME THING! THEY WERE GOING TO APPLY MY CHANGE(10 DOLLARS) TO MY ACCOUNT BC THEY "DIDN'T HAVE CHANGE". I REPORTED THEM DIRECTLY TO TMOBILE THIS TIME! THE COMPLAINT WAS ESCALATED. Whatever these young ladies are doing, it's in poor professionalism. The young lady at this establishment did as SHE saw fit with MY money.
