This store has major issues with communication, management and knowing how to do their jobs correctly. I decided to switch carriers FROM AT&T to them. With their offer to but my phone. There has been nothing but problems. First problem was putting in my mailing address incorrectly. We had to purchase new phones and have them delivered to my house. They put in my address incorrectly, I had to call the call center to get my money back. We had to visit the store multiple times to find out why everything wasn't going to planned.... read more
