Came here to switch providers and get new cell phones for my whole family. Sales Rep Andy did a great job being super patient with my bazillion questions that I threw at him. Andy helped us select the right phone, the right plan, and the best deals. We had Verizon and they were good, but just pricey. T-Mobile definitely has a better deal going on right now. This store is basically run by a rude manager, Courtney and a bunch of college kids. Good luck! Those kids don’t know anything about billing and keep going back to their manager for basic queries even. And don’t even get me started on Courtney, who was rude from the time we entered the store. We’re giving them business by opening a new line and purchasing a new phone. She was annoyed to provide monthly estimates unless we signed the contract.
