Poor service very unprofessional under the guise of "following rules"
This review has been long overdued but I would like to extend a shout out to Bryan. I was having problems with the billing for the last couple of cycles and he went above and beyond to get it fixed. I am very grateful to him and the store manager for their help!
Service is horrible. I’ve been eating for 30 minutes. 3 customers four T-Mobile reps. 2 are helping people the other to are hiding in the back.
I had a very difficult and stressful situation that I had no clue how to resolve. The manager Linda and and team here were excellent! Jonathan was excellent. Really eased my stress! Awesome awesome service
The store customer service is horrible. No one greeted customers as we entered. Then once we were assisted the employees didn’t have any knowledge on what needed to be done to properly tend to our current issues. I wanted to make a purchase and was told the safe took 10 mins to open. The manager was the only one that could open it. He took 5 mins to go open safe and then I waited an additional 25 for safe to open which never ended up happening. Employees were mainly strolling through their phones.
