The store customer service is horrible. No one greeted customers as we entered. Then once we were assisted the employees didn’t have any knowledge on what needed to be done to properly tend to our current issues. I wanted to make a purchase and was told the safe took 10 mins to open. The manager was the only one that could open it. He took 5 mins to go open safe and then I waited an additional 25 for safe to open which never ended up happening. Employees were mainly strolling through their phones.

웬만하면 실수해도 맘에 안들어도 좋은 리뷰 아이면 안하는데.. 텍사스 와서..아니 미국 살면서 최악 입니다. 다른 브랜치 이정도 아니고 Customers service 전화 하면 친절 한데 이곳은 원하는 셀폰 도 무조건 없다 하고 물건이 들어 와야 한다고 앉아서 귀찮다 나가라 하고 세번 을 갔다가 Give up 하고 맘 에도 없는 폰을 급해서 대치 했는데 페널티 를 내더라도 다른 브랜치로 가서 새것 으로 해야 하게 되었습니다.

Dont come to this store its a very bad store The costumer service is very bad The agent first signed in us and talking to other customers its very frustrating
