Don't believe everything the manager from the Harlingen tells you, we went in to update my phone and he offered my husband a lot of extra things and we would only pay the store tax, well low and behold that was not true, now we are trying to get our bill down to the correct price and it is frustrating
Recommendedno big highlights! was surprised that I was not offered any discounts or specials when I got my new phone. been a customer for many years, and not offered one perk! I even had to pay for a new case as my old one didn't fit.

Be careful before signing up with Sprint. I recently changed carries FROM Sprint - and they made sure to not reveal everything that would be charged to my account upon leaving. Deceptive practices. They will also waste hours of your time pretending they are going to look into things - NEVER EVER trust them to tell you about their hidden charges. I was their customer for 14 years. Thank goodness I know better now - will not be back. Buyer Beware!
