I was very disappointed with the training for the staff at this store. The people are friendly and attentive but I believe over confident and not cautious enough. I lost something money CANNOT buy. I came to the store to activate a phone. I walked out very upset because THEY ERASED ALL THE DATA ON MY MEMORY CARD.
