Absolute worst costumer service from this store. I was offered no assistance and no help! The associates seemed like they did not want to be there. I left the store as a very unsatisfied costumer.
My wife and I brought 2 phones due to a promo they were running. The promo was a buy 1 get 1 free. When paying for the device the employee said we can't see the device until we pay for the phone. No problem but found it suspicious why the employee is taking off every piece of plastic off the devices and why we can look at the devices until the payment is complete. After 30 minutes with the employee fiddling with the devices the employee hands the devices to my wife. We immediately see the screen was slightly starched. We ask... read more

This store is the best. I came from another T-Mobile store where they did nothing to help. But the customer service given by Jordan was the best dont go anywhere else but this store. Trust me you will be missing out on the best in Houston. Got me back in service without a hitch. Will be a lifetime t-moble customer as long as he is there. Jordan your the best!
