Sprint is a total liar, poor service, and customer service. i paid off 2 phones in July and the idiots didn't turn off service on renewal date, which resulted in me being charged another 77.60 for crappy service. that said i will get satisfaction of posting and warning people to avoid them and go to any one but them.The customer service put me on hold for 45 minutes when i asked to speak to a supervisor and never came back. im still considering small claims actions agianst this crappy company. dont do business with Sprint yo... read more
horrible in-store customer service! All they were worried about was money couldn't help us two days over our 14 day return because it took me 14 days just to try and figure this stupid phone. all I wanted to do was exchange it for a different phone ended up having to call customer service. Do not go to the store!
