Sprint is continuing to fumble the Samsung gaffe. Over two weeks now and I still have no replacement for the phone that I am leasing through Sprint (NOT SAMSUNG). I have filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and I suggest anyone having to deal with this calamity do the same. This seems to be the only way to get the attention of those who can get this resolved and that is a sad statement by itself.
