Rodney & ConAndre did not take their time to explain the services I was signing up for. I asked for an estimate of my monthly bill and I was told that it would not go up "that much". Also, I was asked if I would like to start a free trial of TVison Live TV, with the understanding that is was free and I agreed. To my surprise I was charged for this service on my next monthly bill. As a Sprint customer, I'd put off stopping by T-Mobile for a long time because I wasn't sure how the merger would effect customer service. My dread was quickly erased upon entering this store. Even though I was only there for a service issue, Imani was still welcoming and patient. She tried several things to remedy the issue and, with Nick's assistance, was able to get my phone working again. I can't say enough about how helpful and kind both Imani and Nick were. Phone issues this morning and called closest store to me...I spoke to an amazing young man, Conandre. Although he had to point me in a different direction, his customer service and willingness to help me on the phone was more than most nowadays!! Thank you Andre for being wonderful on a day that started bad for me :)
What a joke I was a twenty year customer and decided to try store again. Staffed by rude staff. Fool me once fool me twice my fault.
