Came to the store looking for a specific phone, the representative did not appear to be interested in helping us. I asked him if they had the phone, he stated they no longer had it in stock. Did not bother helping us to see if another store had it. I also asked about an alternative model but unfortunately that one was only available online, but again, he was not interested in helping us by maybe suggesting a similar model. We were very dissatisfied with our visit of today.

I have never been treated so terribly in a retail store in my life! I simply came to get my phone switched out. Wendy, the retail associate has not clearly been trained struggled to get my phone transferred to the new phone that I bought elsewhere. She then dropped my phone on the tile and cracked the screen protector. What a disgusting service from the sales man Orlando. please try to visit some other T-mobile store Even one star not worth to give… Orlando refused to give service…and walked away
