I went in to turn in my tablet because I hardly use it anymore because the lower part of the screen is flickering. They wouldn't let me turn it in. In the past the insurance company said I didn't have insurance and they wouldn't fix it. So now I have to waist my time and fix something I'm not even going to keep. I will be cancelling my service with y'all. The manger was very rude she didn't even care when I told her she would be losing a customer
Poor customer service. Asked why my internet on my phone wouldn't work, worker didn't bother to troubleshoot my phone just asked what model it was and then pretended to look at my account with out once getting my name or phone number. If it wasn't for the other store helping me out I would've probably left sprint cause of this.
It was great Thalia was such a big help to my coworker but I really do want the I watch.
