This has to be the worst Sprint store that I have EVER been to. When you take a phone in to be repaired because it is not charging properly and you end up with a phone that has a cracked screen, buttons that no longer work, and it will only go into roaming and never pick up any service is quite ridiculous. Not only that but MIKE the gentleman that was "helping" me never once asked me for my name, or to verify any information on my account. The only thing he asked for was my phone number. I regret leaving AT&T. Your service area is much smaller and the quality of service is nil. I tried to cancel with the 14 days of receiving the new phones/service, but I could not because the store had already disposed of the 4 phones we traded in. Then you advertise that you pay the early termination fees, but you truly don't. I made sure to pay everything down to zero so my final bill would only be the termination fees.
