We live in Celebration Florida and have contacted Sprint at least 20 times (Sprint has a log of this) about how poor our service is here. They have done nothing about it. We only have 9 months left on our contract and then we can leave. Even with the issues they know about here they will not let us out.
RecommendedThis was one of the most pleasant experiences that I’ve encountered at Sprint, typically the people are not as friendly but Marcos really stepped it up. Very helpful and was considerate while assisting me.
