Excellent service! I had a great experience at T-Mobile. The manager Armany was very professional, attentive, and made sure everything was handled properly. The representative who assisted Luis me was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly and help me find the best option for what I needed. After waiting for over an hour, we were charged over $200 for a bill that was not ours when we went to set up our phones. The employee admitted to his mistake and said he had to call customer service for a refund. Customer service said we have to wait 29 days for a refund even though the T-mobile employee informed the rep that it was his mistake. Unable to speak to a manager and was told there was nothing they could do. Not a great way to start a relationship with T-mobile!
