Everytime I visit this location its an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! The staff is wonderful and always willing to due whatever it takes to help anyone out. This store is literally 30 min from my house but this is the only Sprint store I will go to based on the customer service alone. All the people that have assisted me have been great...Brittany, Veronica, Alexis and Josh especially. If you go there tell them I sent you lol

VERY RUDE SALES PERSON AND MANAGER. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEEDED PHONE INFO SWITCHED TO NEW PHONE AND WAS TOLD TO GO TO CORPORATE STORE. I HAVE USED THEM FOR MANY YEARS AND IT WAS NEVER A PROBLEM BEFORE!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RM WIRELESS AGAIN!!!!
