I visited the 9828 Little Rd. New Port Richey, Fl 34668 and I upgraded 3 of the phones on my existing plan. While I was in the store working with the customer service rep I made it 100% clear that a portion of the money I was giving him (excess of the phone costs) would be applied to my account as a credit towards the upgrade/activation fees so when I would be receiving the bill the previous month I would not have such a large amount due.
