If they do not want to help you, they lie to you. I know this because I called Sprint customer service in the parking lot right after the assistant manager said they could not take returns and close my account, customer service said all sprint stores could do this. Also, I talked to another one of their employees that told me they could do it and to bring it in one day after the contract had expired and was very courteous.
