Rochelle and the entire staff were so welcoming as soon as I walked in. Addressed my issues immediately (my usb charger port stopped working) and assisted me with getting a replacement. Thank you guys for being so efficient and thank you especially for being so sweet to my *almost* 2 year old daughter! The boss gave her some toys to play with while they were doing some troubleshooting before determining the issue so it kept my little one happy the whole time. I would like to thank the team at T Mobile for their exceptional service! The entire staff were very professional, courteous and more importantly, thorough! After visiting 2 T Mobile locations in Delray Beach, without any resolution to my phone problems, the Boca location was a charm! Great customer service Peter Smith!!!
