As much as Brandon was very good very helpful with me
Brandon was more than helpful and professional. I misunderstood, as I am a senior. He was so very kind and, happily took care of my problems. He is an asset to your company.
Went to T-Mobile to add my Sister-in-Law to out account. Miguel was very knowledgeable and efficient. He guided us through the process and explain everything . Took the time to clean her phone and case. I highly recommend him.
I went to the local store to port over my existing number. I got assistance from Pierre and Brandon...they did everything necessary, helped me with the steps and stayed with me to help until the service was complete. They also suggested the best service for my needs, and even talked to me with funny or cool stories. Very much recommended...
