I walked in this location and 3-4 workers were chatting at the counter. After looking at various phones for several minutes without being greeted I walked out.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but if zero stars was an option, that’s what I’d give the T-Mobile on 40. I have now tried on 4 separate occasions, with four different things to get help from just one of their employees, and all they can say is, “oh we don’t do that here” I wanted to order a new phone and they said I can just do it on my phone.
