The staff was very amicable and the Lead Tech guy, Rob, went above and beyond helping me to reactive the visual voicemail that it was actually Apple product not Sprint and due to my deafness, he decided to resolve this problem urgently Truly appreciated and gotta praise him! Thank you! 🤩
Group of criminals! Read before, if you do sign up at the end of your 18 month lease term instead of notifying you they put some type of fine print on your bill asking if you’d like to go forward with paying off your phone. If you do not respond they will continue to strategically charge you the same amount but the money goes towards nothing. They stole $200 from me. Hopefully you can stop them from doing it to you.

The guy that took care of us was nice. As for place I totally dislike it. The simple reason is they eliminated the bench they had in there. It's not pregnant women friendly. The wait is pretty long and not to have chairs for your customer while you are waiting is horrible. After a long hard day of work and have to stand around is not good. They need to bring chairs back or hire more employees so the wait is not long.
