Horrible customer service! From the minute we walked in - we were not greeted, mind you the manager was standing at the counter without a customer. Then when someone finally came to help us - he questions us as to why we want a certain phone! Once he found out we wanted 3 upgrades he suggested we order online and pick up the next day!
