A Horrible experience Part III... – With this said, I would like to bring a claim against S Wireless (2803 Broadway) based on the following 1) illegal accounting behavior; 2) abusive over-pricing of T-Mobile products; 3) fraudulent misrepresentations to induce the purchase of further products; 4) inadequate disclosure of return policies; 5) rude and improper customer service; 6) misrepresentation of managerial hierarchy; 7) threatening to avoid their own return policies; I fully recommend avoiding any business with S Wireles... read more

A Horrible experience Part II... – Although he pointed to the terms on my receipt, he had initially failed to inform me of their presence. I told him that given that he was offering the phone at an abusive 300% mark up relative to an official T-Mobile retail store, and that he had not disclosed any return policies upon my initial purchase -as he was too busy talking to a young woman- and that it was only fair that their store reimburse me for the full price. A Horrible experience Part I... – On April 25, 2008, I went to S Wireless Store, an authorized T-Mobile dealer located on 2803 Broadway NY, NY 10025, with the purpose of purchasing a new phone. I asked the sole attendant, Arosh, to show me the least expensive phone offered. He pointed to the Nokia 2610 priced by the store at $120 (no plan and no tax included).
