Best costumer services EVER !
The worst store ever. I went to get a new SIM card on my a iPad, just to have the the lame fat sales person add a new line to my account. Times must that hard to that you have to go out of your way to steal. Clearly a commission check must be worth your job? I hope you get terminated for your shadiness.
This store hustled me for a family plan and my bill remained hi in payments would never recommend anyone to sprint and I will transfer my phone ASAP!
Came here with my mom to work out a bunch of questions about our accounts, and had a great experience! Stephanie was really helpful, as was the other woman working (unfortunately I failed to get her name!)-- they were both very thorough and knowledgeable, and made sure everything was covered before we left. Will definitely make sure to come back to this store in the future!
Ran in to the store panicked because I’m clumsy and broke my old iPhone 7S, Angel was super helpful gave me the run down of all my stuff was able to help me log into my account etc etc etc
