It takes an hour just to speak to someone and all I was doing was exchanging something. I was there for 2 hours. Unbelievable
we were told to drive to the sarasta sprint to do a claim on a broken phone. the employee that helped us told us ee had to call it in. wasted trip from Bradenton all the way down to satasota.
