This has to be the worst experience in my life. I’m not sure who trained these reps but they need to reevaluate what their jobs are. They Can’t be bothered to upgrade phones, or even give any information about your account. Every time we go it they act like it’s an Inconvenience and give attitude before you even say what brought you in. Was asking for my account number and transfer pin bc of the terrible service I’ve received and the rep just walked away without helping at all.”Idk why you want to leave we have great service... read more
