I am leaving this review to report a recurring issue with an associate named Rose at this location. During a recent cellphone upgrade, I found it exceptionally difficult to communicate my needs to her, as she quickly became temperamental. Furthermore, as a frequent visitor to this mall over the last few years, I’ve routinely observed Rose engaging in loud, unprofessional arguments with her coworkers on the sales floor. Rose was phenomenal and very patient with my situation. Helped me get a new phone set up every step of the way.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was told when I switched from my carrier I was on a 10 day trial. They "looked up" the area I lived in and said I would have great service there. I ended up being in a total dead zone. Within a week I switched back to my original carrier. I still got a bill for $330 I had service (if you can call it that) for less than 7 days! I called to complain about the bill and they said they always bill one month in advance and normally don't adjust bills. They said because I left because I had no se... read more
