Went to this Tarrytown location to upgrade my iphone after my husband confirmed yesterday that they have a few available iphone 14 Plus. We were met by Omar and we told him the purpose of our visit. He did confirm with us that it was in stock including the blue color that I wanted. Everything went well so he started the process and worked on his computer. Seller (Omar) wasn’t clear enough on how to explained to me about my cellular phone trade-in price, and how much $$$ I was gonna ended paying per month for the new cellular phone I’ve chosen. Overall T-Mobile is not a transparent cellular company when it comes to billings either. Bills are so confusing at times, because is not a steady amount of money every month. There are so many types of hidden taxes not included at first, but when you see the second bill, everything starts adding up. Buyers beware!
